Check with us if your chosen apartment is available for your dates. Give us as much information as possible about the number people travelling, ages of any children and any special requirements e.g. elevator in building, air conditioning, internet access, baby cot… so, if the apartment you requested is not available, we can offer you the most suitable alternative.
N.B. We can only hold an option at an apartment for 72 hours.
Once your apartment has been confirmed for your dates, complete an on-line booking form, which also has our terms and conditions. Please mention any special requirements you have, and also indicate your preferred payment method.
If the booking is made outside 9 weeks of travel, normally a 30% deposit is required (depending on individual property owners, the deposit is sometimes 50% - we will advise you if this is the case). If travel is within 9 weeks, full payment is required.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Please note that for credit card payments, we do add the 3.5% credit and debit card charge. Please note that we can only accept the following cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB. For bank transfers, the client must pay the bank transfer charges, or add €30 to their payment, which generally covers this.
Arrival and departure times
Arrival at the apartments is normally from mid-afternoon, and departure must be by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning between rentals if there are other guests departing/arriving on your arrival/departure day. If there are no other guests arriving/departing on your arrival/departure day, we can be more flexible - do check with us nearer the time, and we should be able to arrange for you to at least leave luggage in the apartment if it is still being cleaned.
Nearer the time of travel
We will need your arrival details (flight no./arrival time) and whether you would like us to arrange a transfer from the airport or train station. We will also need a contact mobile phone number so we can advise our local representative.
Sometimes our owners require a security deposit against possible damages. Usually, we are just able to hold your credit card number as a guarantee, in which case we will send you a form to sign. Some owners request that they hold your card number on arrival, or in a few cases, ask you to pay a specified amount on arrival, which is refunded at the end of your stay. If a security deposit is required, the details are shown on the property description page and/or on your confirmation/invoice.
