This very stylish and modern holiday rental villa is set within a gently undulating vineyard, in a peaceful location within the Algarve’s Golden Triangle (Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago). There are excellent facilities nearby, including restaurants, bars, shops, tennis clubs and golf courses as well as larger expanses of sandy beaches and beach bars/restaurants. At nearby Almancil the church of São Lourenço is well worth a visit – it dates back to 1730 and its walls are decorated with the characteristic blue tiles which tell the story of its patron saint. Faro airport is approximately ½ hour away whilst Seville and Lisbon can be reached within an easy 2-3 hours drive.
The property has been converted from an original Algarve villa, to which an industrial style extension has been added, with iron-framed floor-to-ceiling glass windows, hardwood floors, white walls and masses of natural light. A spacious Miele fitted chef’s kitchen opens onto the more modern part of the property: a huge open-plan area incorporating the dining room, a TV lounging area and the very comfortable and spacious sitting room, all surrounded by glass windows looking out onto the carefully kept grounds, outdoor decked terrace with a fire pit and a children’s playground. Nestling in the centre of the vineyard, the circular swimming pool (Roman step access) is located a little further away (approx 150 metres from the villa).
There are 5 double bedrooms (4 can be made into twin rooms) plus a triple children’s bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms, whilst the master suite benefits from its own private TV. There is underfloor heating and fireplaces for winter rentals (on request/at an extra charge), while ceiling fans and air-cooler units throughout keep it at a pleasant temperature the rest of the year. Further amenities include hairdryers, barbecue, extra child bed, baby cot & high chair on request, satellite TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station and Wi-Fi internet.

All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and direct outdoor access: twin/double bedroom with shower bathroom, twin/double bedroom with double sinks and shower bathroom, triple children’s bedroom (3 single beds) and shower bathroom, twin/double bedroom with full bathroom and separate shower, twin/double bedroom with shower bathroom and opening onto garden, master bedroom with twin/double bed, full bathroom and separate shower, private TV and opening onto garden. The master suite has a double bed size 180x200cm; all the other bedrooms can be made into twin (90x200cm each) or double beds (180x200cm); the children’s suite has 3 single beds /80x190cm). The very large double dining/living room is encased in floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides with furniture defining distinct areas yet still sharing the same space: there is a dining area backing on to the kitchen (visible through a pair of sliding glass doors). Kitchen equipment includes gas hob and oven, microwave, 2 fridge/freezers, coffee machine, blender, kettle and toaster. There is also a TV area with sofa, and a sitting room has two large sofas.
