This lovely rental apartment has an exceptional location in Plaza del Museo, in the very heart of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts, a must if you want to see the legacy of some of the greatest Spanish painters and other Baroque treasures. It is only a few steps away from the Plaza del Duque and the main commercial streets in the centre of town (Sierpes and Tetuán), an area which is especially important during the festivals of Easter Week. It is also just a 10 minute walk from the city’s most important highlights, the historic centre and the Guadalquivir river, with a wealth of great bars, restaurants and shops, and well communicated with the rest of the city by bus, taxi or tram.

Situated on the third floor of a building, over 100 years old (with no lift), the apartment benefits from large windows, so the rooms are bathed in natural light. It has no less than six balconies overlooking the Museum of Fine Arts. The interiors are spacious and exude simplicity, with the clean lines of the design, the bright white walls and woodwork. The polished cement floors and high ceilings give an even greater sense of space, and the feeling is one of quiet and relaxation. An entrance hallway leads the way into this perfect home: a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and large bathroom. The living room, with two distinct areas, has colourful and very decorative pieces, such as an Isabelline-style sofa upholstered in and a contemporary painting on the wall. The sitting area is furnished with two comfy sofas, a vintage leather chair and a marble chimney surround in modernist style. The bright white, modern and functional kitchen is adjacent to the dining room. The sleeping area has three bedrooms: two doubles and a single, all stylish but simple. There are a total of five beds, one of which is a trundle bed, meaning that the apartment sleeps up to 6 people in total. Amenities include double glazed windows, central heating and Wi-Fi.
