The open-plan living area is incredibly spacious and is complete with an open, American–style, fully equipped kitchen, which is fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and utensils. The dining room, which seats 6 guests, is on the upper level, connected to a fantastic 35sqm terrace, which offers the perfect space for outdoor entertaining. This apartment for rent also boasts superb views of the sea, the rooftops and the Citadelle de St. Tropez. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, including sun loungers and even an outdoor shower. There is also a dumb waiter in the kitchen, which serves to the dining room and terrace. The comfortable and spacious master bedroom, which has fabulous views out to the sea, has a dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and WC. There are two other double bedrooms, with views over the old town, both with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with an integrated entertainment system, iPod dock and satellite TV. Important Information

Most properties require a refundable security deposit against damages. Arrival at the apartments is normally from mid-afternoon, and departure must be by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning between rentals if there are other guests departing/arriving on your arrival/departure day. If you are arriving/departing outside these times, please check with us if it is possible to arrive/leave the apartment earlier/later. If you require an airport or rail station transfer to your apartment, please ask us to quote for this. We are also happy to quote for any extra services you require during your stay, including maid service, cook, local tours etc. Most apartments have a no smoking and no pets policy, so please check this with us.
