These two 3-bedroom rent apartments are ideally located in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh, just a short walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and New Town. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary amenities, such as milk, bread, coffee, tea, preserves and eggs, upon arrival. Other items can be purchased on request. There is also a concierge service on offer between 10am and 5pm.

Grosvenor Crescent 1: Located at basement level, this is a spacious and stylish three-bedroom apartment. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is another separate bathroom. The apartment also has a lovely spacious lounge and dining area, with plenty of seating space, which leads through to the modern kitchen. The kitchen, by Murray & Murray, is fitted with all the necessary appliances (made by Siemens) and utensils, and has double doors leading out to a secluded private garden.

Grosvenor Crescent 2: This beautifully decorated duplex rent apartment in Edinburgh, located on the ground floor, has a light and spacious open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area. The kitchen is made bespoke by Murray & Murray and is equipped with all the necessary appliances (made by Siemens). Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of which has an en-suite. There is another separate bathroom on this floor. The master bedroom is on the first floor, and has its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

Important Information

Most properties require a refundable security deposit against damages. Arrival at the apartments is normally from mid-afternoon, and departure must be by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning between rentals if there are other guests departing/arriving on your arrival/departure day. If you are arriving/departing outside these times, please check with us if it is possible to arrive/leave the apartment earlier/later. If you require an airport or rail station transfer to your apartment, please ask us to quote for this. We are also happy to quote for any extra services you require during your stay, including maid service, cook, local tours etc. Most apartments have a no smoking and no pets policy, so please check this with us.
