Located on the most glamorous stretch of Cape Town’s coastline, ‘Millionaire Row’ this beautiful beach bungalow to rent has breathtaking views of the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Just a 2 minute walk away is the popular “Bungalow” restaurant, and Camps Bay is just around the corner.

There is a private garden, with beautiful solar heated salt water pool where you can also enjoy the exceptional sea views. Also within the garden is an outdoor dining area with 8-seater table and two barbecues (wood and gas).

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total (two are en-suite). The main bedroom is air-conditioned with Egyptian cotton linen on a king size bed. Amenities include 50″ plasma, PVR/DSTV (2 separate channels), sound system, DVD and wireless internet. There are two car parking spaces right in front of the bungalow, and a garage for two extra cars.

Staff

 Maid service 4 days a week, handyman/gardener/pool maintenance once a week.  There is a security guard outside the bungalow every evening (12 hours), as well as an alarm system backed up by ADT security.

Location

The villa is located within 10 minutes of town and most tourist attractions. Gorgeous beaches are on your doorstep, and all the bars and restaurants of Camps Bay are right next door.
