This spacious and comfortable apartment is situated in the centre of Seville, in lively Mateos Gago street, next to the Giralda and the city’s splendid cathedral. Its location in the Barrio de Santa Cruz means it is only a few minutes’ walk away from everything that Seville has to offer; history, art, the Real Alcázar, the Murillo gardens and the María Luisa Park, as well as flamenco venues and countless bars and restaurants offering the very best of local cuisine. It is in the same building as our 3 bedroom apartment, Calle Mateos Gagos 2, so the two apartments could be rented together for groups of up to 12 people.
The apartment is situated on the second floor, with lift access. The interiors are simple, yet stylish,and filled with natural sunlight, which streams in through the two large French windows in the living room overlooking Mateos Gago street. The white walls and clean lines lend a modern look, in contrast with the classical woodwork and the wooden floors, which provide warmth and a sense of homeliness. The entrance hall leads directly to the living room and dining area. There is a large dining table for 6 people, and a sitting area with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a bookcase and TV with DVD player. The perfect place for resting after a busy day sight-seeing.
A double sliding door leads from the living room to the first bedroom, which has two single beds, an armchair and a large built-in wardrobe. A generously-sized window looks out onto the main street. A corridor leads out of the living room to the rest of the apartment. On the left is the very well equipped kitchen, and on the right is the second double bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor, with two twin beds, cupboards on either side, and an antique cabinet or writing desk. It has its own small, en-suite WC and basin. Further amenities include central heating, air conditioning, and Wi-fi internet.
