This superb rental apartment is on the second floor (lift access) of a very pretty building located on Calle Julio César, right in the centre of the city. Close by is Triana, the Puerta del Arenal, the Maestranza bullring and the Campana-Sierpes-Tetuán shopping area. It is also very convenient for the Plaza de Armas bus station and has excellent transport links to the rest of Seville and beyond.

All the traditional features that make the building so special have been maintained, including the height of the original ceilings, the wooden beams, and even some of the original brickwork. Natural light streams in through large windows and balconies and permeates the whole living space, with the colour white providing visual continuity and a minimalist and very contemporary style. The delightful living room looks onto the street through pretty wrought iron balconies, and provides the perfect place from which to enjoy the Easter processions. The stylish décor and furnishings are enhanced by a mix of modern furniture and organic coloured textiles: earths, browns, smokes and pastels.
