The surrounding area is full of luxury boutiques, cafés and some of the best restaurants in the Spanish capital. With the “Golden Mile” just around the corner, you can stroll down to Hermes, Armani, Gucci, Cartier among others, in less than 5 minutes. The property is located within a "triangle" of metro stations, Lista, Nuñez de Balboa and Diego de Leon and a 3 minute walk to the buses that will take you to the Prado Museum or the Thyssen Bornemissa , you are able to enjoy all the pleasures of this calm and tranquil neighbourhood, whilst simultaneously experiencing the advantages of excellent transportation connections.

The dining area has an extendable table that can seat from 6 to 8 very comfortably, as well as a 60’s style Danish sideboard. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an open-plan shower room and a flat screen TV on the wall. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. These bedroom have shared use of a bathroom. There is also a small room with a foldable easy-chair bed, which can be used as a bedroom on request. The apartment also benefits from Wi-Fi internet.

Entrance hall. Office. Master bedroom with king-size bed (180m x 2.00m), with open-plan shower room, and private WC. A “Philip Ambilight” flat screen TV is on the wall. Along the hall on your right there is a small room with a foldable easy-chair-bed and can only be used as bedroom on request. Kitchen, equipped with Bosch appliances: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and small electro domestics which include a microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, kettle etc. and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living area and dining area are next to the kitchen. Accessed from the living room there is a second bathroom with a walk in shower. From the living room and down a short passage you reach the second master bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed (1.60m x 2.00m). The third bedroom has a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m) and a desk.. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.
