This luxurious, newly refurbished holiday apartment for rent in Paris, situated on the fourth floor of a period building at the heart of the fashionable Left Bank shopping district, in Rue de Rennes. It is a wonderfully central location, a stone's throw from the exquisitely proportioned Place St Sulpice with its Baroque church, 19th century fountain and flowering chestnut trees. Boulevard St Germain with its shops and famous cafes and the open air market at Rue de Buci, are also just a short walk away.

Entrance to the building is into an impressive entrance hall with wide staircase or lift access to the holiday apartment (65m2). Decorated and furnished to the highest of standards throughout, with impeccable taste, the apartment is particularly light and airy, with high ceilings, parquet floors with rugs and many period features, including panelled walls and ceiling mouldings. The furnishing throughout are in neutral shades of white, cream and brown.

The entrance hall, with its curved panelled walls and chandelier combines as a dining area, with a small round table, seating four, which can be folded out for meals. The well equipped kitchen is just to the right of the hall. The living room features very high windows overlooking the street below, as does one of the double bedrooms. The other bedroom overlooks a courtyard at the rear of the apartment and there is a large shower room in between, shared by both bedrooms. Amenities include a large flat screen satellite TV, DVD and wi-fi internet with unlimited broadband access. Arrival at the apartments is normally from mid-afternoon, and departure must be by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning between rentals if there are other guests departing/arriving on your arrival/departure day. If you require an airport or rail station transfer to your apartment, please ask us to quote for this.
