Situated in central Seville, this distinctive apartment is a perfect place to stay to explore Seville´s treasures, history and its great gastronomy. It also boasts excellent access from the centre to the financial heart of the city and to the main shopping and business areas. The apartment is in a regal building recently refurbished, and with large interior spaces bathed by natural daylight, thanks to its generous windows and balconies. The dining room, in particular, is designed in an L-shape with exceptional panoramic views of the heart of Seville and its monuments.

Designed to a very high standard, and decorated in neutral colours, the living room offers both a comfortable seating area and a dining area, seating up to six people. There is also a second living area with a sofa-bed which can be closed off from the living room if extra guests are staying. The spacious and well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a sumptuous meal at home. It also has access to the separate laundry room. A short corridor leads to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two 90cm x 200cm beds. In the master bedroom the beds are together and in the second bedroom the beds are placed separate though this is easy to change according to guests’ requirements. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower and a walk through closet with plenty of space. The second bedroom has the bathroom in the corridor and has a walk in shower. All bathrooms in the apartment are modern and minimalist. Both bedrooms have direct access to the inner patio.

Please note that this apartment is in the same building as three of our other apartments, so ideal for a stay for a large family or several families that wish to spend holidays together. The building has a lift and amenities include air conditioning, heating and wi-fi internet.
